Specialized Center for Community Service and Continuing Education is one of the centers affiliated with the university, and the center was established by decision (2020) for the 26th year (linking the university with the local community). The Center is one of the leading institutions in the field of training and development of training programs in various fields of life, taking scientific studies and research as a fundamental method in defining, designing and implementing training programs, through the various training program units and taking advantage of the scientific and material capabilities (laboratories) available at the university, which was established for this purpose. Contributing to the reduction of youth unemployment is one of the most important goals of the center, and putting its clear imprint on every trainee who has the desire to improve his economic and social situation by acquiring real job skills that he will touch during his training and after graduating from any of the center's programs, which are characterized by diversity and multiplicity according to the needs of the labor market. We found ourselves in front of a challenge the size of the ambitions of the modern specialized university to lead in the field of training, which forced us to take all the causes and factors of excellence, such as selecting a specialized academic and administrative staff with high training, professional and supervisory experience in production and service labor market institutions, and working to implement training programs for which the need of production and service sector institutions was detected by scientific surveys and studies.
