Modern Specialized University ranks fifth among private universities according to the January 2025 edition of the Webometrics World University Rankings.

The Modern Specialized University is now fifth among Yemeni private universities. It is also fifteenth among all public and private universities. This ranking comes from the Webometrics World University Rankings for January 2025.

The university has grown quickly in just two years. It moved up from a global ranking of 31,289 in 2024 to 14,861 in 2025.

The university excelled in all areas of the Webometrics Ranking released in January 2025. These areas include impact, openness, and excellence.

These indicators show the university’s strong growth and improvement efforts. They involve both academic and administrative staff. The university promotes open access to its content on its website. This helps achieve transparency for the community and its beneficiaries. The university also values excellence in scientific research.

Webometrics Ranking of World Universities is the largest system for evaluating global universities, covering more than 20,000 universities and publishing 16,000 of them. It is published in Spain by the Higher Council for Scientific Research. The goal of the ranking is to boost the online presence of colleges and research institutions.
